Originally from Scotland, Collette is an international leader, podcaster, certified coach and CEO of Brain Sports. She led international teams at Nike inc. over the last twenty years and most recently as the VP of Nike World Headquarters, Workplace Design and Connectivity. She worked with the highest level leaders and athletes and has that insight led her to develop the BEAM training system for athletes and coaches.
